Booking links create an appointment on your calendar along with your clients calendar. Rescheduling can happen. To reschedule an appointment:
Find the upcoming appointment via -
- Click Calendar on the navigation or click here
- Find the appointment you need to reschedule and click it
- Click Actions and then Reschedule. You'll be able to reschedule the appointment. Both you and your contact will receive a notification about the reschedule.
- Find your contact via the CRM by clicking Contacts or click here
- Find your contact you need to reschedule and view their history or full customer profile.
