The waiting room ensures that only people who have registered or paid for your event can access your event.
Yottled checks and validates with Google the email that's been registered and allows only those people to automatically join. So why are some of your contacts in a waiting room and why do you have to admit some people?
- We have found some people are signed into their browser with a work email, like email@example.com.
- However, they register for their event with a personal email, like firstname.lastname@example.org.
- When they go to join their event, they're joining from their "work browser" and email@example.com attempts to join.
- They'll need your permission to let them into the event.
