I also want to make sure we are ready to work out together! I recommend the following for our workout:
- An open area like a living room or garage.
- If you have weights, awesome. If not, something heavy like text books or even a chair would work! If we keep working out together, you may consider ordering a weight set.
- A phone or computer with a camera. We’ll be using Google Meet for our session.
